What types of events do you photograph?
I photograph a wide variety of events, including Catholic liturgies and celebrations, parish and school events, fundraisers, galas, conferences, community events, award ceremonies, milestone celebrations, and other special occasions. If you're not sure whether your event is a good fit, I'd love to chat!
How far will you travel?
I'm based in the Portland, Maine area and happily travel throughout Southern Maine and beyond. Travel within 25 miles of Portland is included. For locations farther than 25 miles, travel is billed at the current federal mileage reimbursement rate.
How much event coverage do I need?
Every event is different, so coverage is customized based on your needs. Whether you're looking for one hour of photography or full-day coverage, I'll work with you to create a package that captures the moments that matter most.
How long does it take to receive our photos?
Your edited images are typically delivered in a private online gallery within 2-3 business days. Larger events may require additional editing time, but I'll always communicate an expected delivery date.
Will we receive high-resolution digital images?
Yes! You'll receive professionally edited, high-resolution digital images in a private online gallery, making it easy to download, share, and order professional-quality prints.
Can we use the photos for our website, newsletter, or social media?
Absolutely! Organizations, schools, parishes, and nonprofits are welcome to use the delivered images for websites, newsletters, annual reports, social media, marketing, and other promotional materials.
Do you photograph Catholic liturgies and Masses?
Yes. I have extensive experience photographing Catholic liturgies and understand how to work respectfully within sacred spaces. My goal is to document the beauty and significance of the celebration while remaining as unobtrusive as possible.
What happens if our event schedule changes?
I understand that events sometimes change. If your timeline shifts or your event is rescheduled, simply let me know as soon as possible, and we'll work together to accommodate the new schedule whenever possible.
Can you help us create a photography timeline?
Absolutely! I'm happy to help identify key moments, organize group photos, and develop a photography plan so every important part of your event is documented.
